A bespoke service allows the client to specify exactly what they want to see in reporting. They can specify the presentation of data, what data is reported, how data is used, and what analysis is done.
Bespoke services are really only limited by the budget of the client and what the technologies and/or law allow. Sometimes there are legal restrictions on using data and hence we have to negotiate buying data from a third party and sometimes the degree of complexity of a problem falls outside what can be solved within the bound of modern technology.
A bespoke service really allows for the flexity many clients will need. It allows specific reports to be produced.
Bespoke services are agreed through negotiation.
